This type of dates are mostly cultivated and exploited in southern provinces of Iran such as Bam and its surroundings like Jiroft, Bora and Normashir and other regions of Kerman province. this type of date has between 15 to 30 percent moisture that falls into the wet date category and has an excellent taste with good nectar, which have dedicated a high share in exporting Dates to themselves.
khasoei dates of this type are small and very delicious, and can be found in areas such as Asaluyeh and Zagros foothills especially in a color spectrum of red to light brown. This type of date is located in the category of semi-wet dates and has relatively little amounts of sugar, which is a good option for diabetics.
